 Love old people? Elder care is in high demand. As the population ages  there is greater and greater demand for people to run errands, provide care, and help out.

 Garage Sale Arbitrage. You’ve seen the early birds at garage sales. They get in early, swoop up the bargains and then resell at their own garage sale or flea market.

 Freebie CraigsList Arbitrage. Snare the fee stuff at Craigslist. Refinish the damaged items and resell, either on Craigslist, Flea Market or a Garage Sale.
