Make money from spouting your opinion. At Swagbucks
and findfocusgroups.com you can search for focus groups in which to
participate. I’ve done this before and it’s quite fun. For up to $100 or
more, you can give your opinion, and get paid.
Sell your body….plasma, sperm, and blood. Just make sure not to sell it all or you’ll end up – you won’t end up well.
Love mystery? Be a mystery shopper. There are many online companies who can link you up with sweet “mystery shopping” gigs.
Selling arbitrage-Buy below market items (or pick up free stuff from the curb) on Craigslist or Ebay and resell. You keep the difference.
Sell your crap-Take all the extra stuff that you have laying around the house, that you don’t need and sell it!
Flea market upsell-Buy old and/or flawed
furniture and home accent pieces. Get the stuff from Goodwill, flea
markets and even family members. Add a coat of paint or some decorator
accents and resell. Watch “HGTV’s Flea Market Flip” for ideas.
Be an odd job officionado-Look for odd jobs on Craigslist, and dig in. I’ve paid a handyman to do stuff that he claimed he learned to do on YouTube.
Haul junk-If you have a pick-up truck, there is big money to be made. After moving, we paid hundreds to have the moving boxes removed.
Walk dogs-Love dogs and exercise? Have a flexible schedule. This is a great way to rake in some extra money.
Rent out a room-Friends rent out 2 rooms in
their 4 bedroom house, and they barely even see the tenant. This slices
their mortgage to the bone. Or use one of the new collaborative
consumption sites such as airbnb to list a room in your home to rent for
tourists.
Love old people? Elder care is in high demand. As the population ages there is greater and greater demand for people to run errands, provide care, and help out.
Garage Sale Arbitrage.
You’ve seen the early birds at garage sales. They get in early, swoop
up the bargains and then resell at their own garage sale or flea
market.
Freebie CraigsList Arbitrage. Snare the fee stuff at Craigslist. Refinish the damaged items and resell, either on Craigslist, Flea Market or a Garage Sale.
